Shipping & Returns

Please take the time to read and
review our shipping and return policies. These
policies have changed due to the less than honest
behavior of a few individuals.
- The two methods of
shipping are the USPS and UPS. The shipper
will be determined by our shipping department.
Please make sure you provide a VALID street
address with your order since UPS will not
deliver to Post Office Boxes.
- You will notice an
increase in shipping charges. Every shipment
will now be sent with insurance coverage ---
NO EXCEPTIONS. We will charge a fee of $2.00
that will be built into the standard shipping
rates.
- We will need a VALID
email address to send you an acknowledgement
of your order and a tracking number for your
shipment. Also, we will need a VALID phone
number to discuss any problems with your
order.
- Once the items have
been packaged and accepted by your carrier, we
are no longer responsible for your items. If
for some reason your items do not reach you, we
will assist you by filing the initial paperwork
with your carrier. Copies of any forms will be
sent to you via email or the postal service.
Time limits for filing claims expire 180 days
from the date we print your shipping label and
you must wait a minimum of 21 business days
before requesting a claim for any insurance
coverage.
- Little Barn will not
automatically replace your purchase. The refund
of product cost is the responsibility of the
shipper and will be paid directly to the
purchaser.
- Allow ample time for
your order to reach you if you are operating
with a deadline. Express shipping is available
at additional expense. Normal order
processing& shipping takes 48 to 72 hours from
receipt of your order.
Returns Policy--revised
3/15/2009
- Sale items are not returnable.
- Fiber items are
returnable with authorization 30 days from
the date of purchase for refund or credit
toward an additional purchase. Refunds will be
given by the same method used for the original
purchase. Yarn purchases are not returnable
for any reason --this includes returns for
exchange. Please make your yarn purchases
carefully.
- Authorization for return
can be obtained via phone or by email.
Returns within the 30 day period without an
authorization will be charged a 20% restocking
fee.
- Shipping charges are
not refundable.
- Any items returned for
refund or credit must be in original sale
condition with return shipping paid by the
purchaser unless a shipping mistake was made on
your order.
- Refunds will be given
only after the returned merchandise arrives at
our warehouse. We suggest you provide some
type of tracking method on any returns.
- False insurance
claims and/or claims charged back via credit
cards or PayPal after proof shipping will be
placed for collection for amount due plus any
and all reasonable attorney and collection fees,
interest applied at 2% per month on the
outstanding balance and court costs for Small
Claims Court filings.
